Please read carefully:

Cost of the space 10 x 10: $700.00

Cost of the space 10 x 20: $1,500.00. Food vendors with propane must be outside the
venue. WE ARE SOLD OUT.

All spots will be assigned by Seattle Catrinas Festival.

Your payment includes:
a) Inside the venue, space of 10×10 square feet. No food vendors using
propane will be allowed inside the venue.

b) Power.
c) Light.
d) 24 hours security.
e) 4 non-transferable vendor specific wristbands.
f) Access to the venue to set up on Friday October 30, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 9
p.m. No setting up will be allowed after this day and time. No exceptions, please
don’t ask.
g) Access to the venue on October 31 and November 1, 2026 will be at 12:00 PM.
h) Hours of operation on October 31 and November 1, 2026 will be from 13:00 to 21:00
i) Doors to the public open at 13:00 and close at 21:00.

All applicants must be responsible for having their permits and license to offer their
products or services according to the requirements of the State of Washington and the
City of Seattle.

Seattle Catrinas Festival is not, at any time, responsible to assist any applicant on
getting proper permits or licenses before the State of Washington, City of Seattle authorities
or any other authority.

Seattle Catrinas Festival will not make any money refunds at any time, once the
applicant pays for their space, that is, all space sales are final and non-
transferable.
